GENERAL BILL by Grimsley ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Proctor
Hospital Licensing/Trauma Centers; prohibits authorization of additional emergency departments located off premises of licensed hospitals until AHCA adopts rules; repeals provision to terminate Trauma Services Trust Fund; revises provisions re distribution of funds to trauma centers & use thereof; establishes trauma center startup grant program; provides conditions for receipt of startup grant, etc. Amends 395.003,.1055,.4001,.4036; repeals 395.4035; creates 395.41.
