Sexual Offenses/Voyeurism; revises elements of offense of voyeurism in order to eliminate acts of photographing, filming, videotaping, or recording, which are elements of separate offense of video voyeurism; provides that person commits offense of voyeurism when he or she, with certain intent, secretly observes another person when other person is in location that provides reasonable expectation of privacy, etc. Amends 810.14.
