Citizens Property Insurance Corp.; deletes provision expressing legislative intent; deletes certain reporting requirements of board of governors of corporation re losses from wind-only coverage & quota share program; deletes certain duties of board re reduction of boundaries of certain areas eligible for certain coverage under certain circumstances. Amends 627.351.
