GENERAL BILL by Allen
Career Service System; revises provisions re layoff procedures to include applicability to correctional probation officers; provides that certain grievances may not be reviewed beyond Step Two; authorizes certain law enforcement officers to seek review of agency penalties before administrative law judge assigned by Administrative Hearings Div.; revises provisions re judicial review of final orders, etc. Amends 110.227, 447.207.
