GENERAL BILL by Future of Florida's Families Committee ; Galvano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Goldstein ; Meadows
Child Support; requires either or both parents who owe support to secure child support award; provides conditions for imputation of income by court under certain circumstances; provides for income levels above what is reflected in schedule; revises amount of child care costs to be added to basic child support obligation; revises method for calculating each parent's percentage share of child support need, etc. Amends 61.13,.30, 409.2563,.2564,.25641.
