Individual's Medical Records/OGSR; amends provision re exemption from public records requirements for personal identifying information, bank account numbers, & debit, charge, & credit card numbers contained in certain records held by DOH which re individual's personal health or eligibility for health services; removes exemption for bank account numbers & debit, charge, & credit card numbers contained in such records; removes scheduled repeal of exemption. Amends 119.0712.
