State Lands; clarifies duties of DEP, water management districts, & DOACS re state lands; requires that inventory of publicly owned lands identify lands exchanged by state & surplus lands sold by state; clarifies requirements for use of lands acquired for greenways & trails; revises requirements re disposal of state lands; requires that all requests for sale or exchange of state lands be submitted in writing to lead managing agency, etc. Amends Ch. 253.
