GENERAL BILL by Farkas ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Cretul
Theft; provides that theft of semitrailer that was deployed by law enforcement officer is grand theft in first degree; provides criminal penalties; provides that it is second-degree felony to alter, possess, or use fifth wheel to commit or attempt to commit theft; provides that certain acts are evidence of knowing abandonment of or refusal to redeliver property, etc. Amends Ch. 812, 921.0022; creates 812.0147.
