GENERAL BILL by Dean ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Grimsley ; Troutman

Airboats; defines terms "airboat" & "muffler"; provides for regulation of airboat operation & equipment; requires described sound-muffling device; prohibits use of cutouts or flex pipe as sole source of muffling; requires display of described flag; prohibits ordinance or local law from discriminating against airboats except under certain circumstances; requires certain violators to complete described boating safety course, etc. Amends FS.
