Health Profession Continuing Educ.; exempts certain licensees under Medical Practice provisions from continuing education requirements; revises requirements for instruction on domestic violence; revises requirements for instruction on HIV & AIDS for certain licensees; exempts certain licensees under Nursing provisions from continuing education requirements. Amends 456.013,.031,.033, 464.013.
