SB 768: Residence of Sexual Offenders
GENERAL BILL by Saunders ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Klein
Residence of Sexual Offenders; prohibits sexual predators from establishing or maintaining residence within 2,500 feet of specified locations; provides for county or municipal ordinances that restrict residence of sexual offenders; revises provisions re residence of specified sex offenders; revises requirements for location of public school bus stops in relation to permanent residence of specified sexual offenders, etc. Amends 775.21, 794.065, 947.1405, 948.30.
