GENERAL BILL by Health Care ; Health Care

Certificates of Need/Nursing Homes; extends moratorium on certificates of need for additional community nursing home beds until July 1, 2011; exempts nursing home that is created by combining certain licensed beds from requirements for obtaining said certificate from AHCA; authorizes said homes in certain counties to request reduction in their annual Medicaid patient days; requires AHCA to automatically grant such request, etc. Amends FS.
