GENERAL BILL by Transportation and Economic Development Appropriations ; Fasano
Early Childhood Education; authorizes Workforce Innovation Agency to contract for administration of Teacher Education & Compensation Helps (TEACH) scholarship program; requires said agency to recommend school readiness equity allocation formula; provides for changes in allocation of funds to be specified in General Appropriations Act; eliminates approval of allocation formula by Legislative Budget Commission, etc. Amends 402.3017, 411.01.
