Emergency Preparedness; requires owner, managing entity, or operator of specified residential multifamily dwelling to have at least one public elevator that is capable of operating on alternate generated power source following certain disasters & emergencies; requires newly constructed residential multifamily dwelling to have alternate generated power source for use following disaster or emergency, etc. Creates 399.036.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
