Vehicle Preinsurance Inspections; deletes exception from application to motor vehicle policies issued in certain counties; requires that insurers have access to inspection information & images; requires taking color images of vehicle & vehicle identification number; provides for suspension of physical damage coverage under certain circumstances; provides requirements of insurers suspending physical damage coverage, etc. Amends 627.744.
