GENERAL BILL by Anderson
Community Associations; authorizes certain associations to revive lapsed covenants; revises what must be included in association's annual budget; provides additional documents that developer must deliver at time association members elect board of directors; provides that guarantee of common expenses shall be effective under certain circumstances; authorizes guarantee to provide certain requirements, etc. Amends Ch. 720, 718.114; creates 712.11.
