GENERAL BILL by Health Care ; Geller
Automated External Defibrillators; revises legislative intent re use of said defibrillator; defines terms "automated external defibrillator" & "defibrillation"; provides that it is first-degree misdemeanor for person to commit certain acts involving misuse of such defibrillator; provides penalties & exception; requires DOH to implement educational campaign to inform public about lack of immunity from liability re use of said defibrillators, etc. Amends 401.2915, 768.1325.
