Cybercrimes Against Children Act of 2007 [LPCC]; provides for jurisdiction of Statewide Prosecutor Office over certain obscenity offenses; provides for jurisdiction over offenses facilitated by or connected to use of Internet; provides for reclassification of certain offenses involving child pornography; revises prohibitions on use of certain computer services to facilitate certain sexual conduct to include electronic storage devices, additional persons, & additional conduct, etc. Amends FS.
