Assisted Care Communities; requires DOEA to develop staff training curriculum; requires trainers to be registered with dept.; requires trainers to document experience & credentials; requires adoption of rules; provides conditions for operation of adult day care centers in temporary locations in event of disaster or emergency; provides notification requirements when adult day care centers relocate, etc. Amends 429.52,.907.
