Ad Valorem Taxation [FPCC]; requires that property appraiser provide instructions to taxing authorities for computing rolled-back rate; provides that certain tax increment finance payments, taxes levied for payment of bonds, & voted tax levies are exempt from limitations on millage rates; amends specified provisions re taxpayer rights, approval of assessment rolls, disclosure of tax impact, & school district taxes, etc. Amends Chs. 192, 193, 194, 200, 218, 1011. APPROPRIATION: $500,000.
