Rec./Physician Workforce Surveys [SPCC]; exempts from public-records requirements personal identifying information contained in workforce surveys completed by physicians as condition of license renewal & provided to DOH; authorizes certain entities access to said information; provides guidelines for use of such information; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemption under OGSR Act; provides finding of public necessity.
