GENERAL BILL by Education Facilities Appropriations ; King

Educational Facilities [FPCC]; deletes provisions re distribution of proceeds from excise tax on documents to Public Education Capital Outlay & Debt Service TF; revises date by which distribution company must remit taxes on gross receipts from sale of utility services; prescribes life to be used for certain facilities in calculating distributions from such trust fund; clarifies those K-12 students on whose behalf distributions will be made from such trust fund, etc. Amends FS.
