Onsite Sewage Treatment & Disposal; requires specified owners of onsite sewage treatment & disposal systems to conduct periodic inspections; requires inspections to be conducted by licensed contractors or other licensed professionals; establishes fees for filing of said inspection reports; provides for deposit, use, & distribution of fees; requires DOH to administer grant program to assist owners in repair of specified onsite sewage treatment & disposal systems, etc. Amends Ch. 381.
