Health Information Network Corporation Act; requires AHCA to develop & implement plan for formation & operation of health information network; requires agency to contract to implement plan; creates said corporation, as not-for-profit corporation; provides that corporation & any boards or committees formed by corporation are subject to public records & meetings requirements; requires corporation to develop business plan & submit plan to Governor & Legislature, etc. Creates 408.064. APPROPRIATION: $5,000,000.
