Implementing General Appropriations Act [FPCC]; requires that funds appropriated for forensic mental health treatment services be allocated to areas of state having greatest demand for services & treatment capacity; requires DCFS to ensure that certain information regarding child welfare cases is entered into Fla. Safe Families Network; requires that DCFS coordinate with State Courts Admin. Office & Statewide Guardian Ad Litem Office to provide access to such information, etc.
