HB 1141: Osteopathic Physicians
GENERAL BILL by Kendrick ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Heller
Osteopathic Physicians; revises requirements for licensure or certification as osteopathic physician in this state; requires renewal fee for registering as resident osteopathic physician; revises degree of specified penalty; requires consideration of intent in order to classify certain actions within practice of osteopathic medicine as misdemeanors; corrects cross-references; repeals specified provision re licensure by examination, etc. Amends Chs. 459, 395.
