GENERAL BILL by Government Efficiency & Accountability Council ; Fitzgerald ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Grant

Affordable Housing/Ad Valorem Taxation; defines term "community land trust"; authorizes community land trust to make certain conveyances; provides criteria by which property appraiser must assess just value of improvements on certain lands that community land trust uses to provide affordable housing & for exemption from property tax for affordable housing to apply to certain lands used by community land trust for affordable housing if lands are subject to long-term lease, etc. Amends FS.
