Electronic Voting Systems [LPCC]; provides definitions re electronic voting systems; provides additional capabilities that said voting system must possess before being approved for use; revises standards for accessible voting systems; provides requirements for voting methods at polling places; revises procedures for audits of voting machines; revises methods for manual recounts of ballots; revises cross-references. Amends Ch. 101, 102.166, 97.021. APPROPRIATION: $35,678,060.
