Pub. Rec./Business Information [EPCC]; defines terms "proprietary confidential business information" & "trade secret"; extends period of confidentiality for trade secrets & for business's federal employment identification number, unemployment compensation account number, & Fla. sales tax registration number; provides for confidentiality of information that would identify wages, taxes, & other employment information, etc. Amends 288.075; repeals 288.1067.
