Agencies [EPCC]; provides exemption from public records requirements for info. re business activities & trade secrets held by economic development agency; provides specific exemption for federal employer ID numbers, unemployment compensation account numbers, & Fla. sales tax registration numbers held by said agency; provides for future legislative review & repeal under OGSR Act; provides statement of public necessity, etc. Amends 288.075; repeals 288.1067.
