Law Enforcement & Correctional Officers [LPCC]; requires that all identifiable witnesses to complaint against law enforcement or correctional officer be interviewed, whenever possible, prior to investigative interview of accused officer; requires political subdivision that initiates or receives complaint against said officers to forward complaint to officer's employer within specified period, etc. Amends 112.532,.533.
