Driving/Boating Under the Influence; requires specified period of imprisonment for fourth or subsequent conviction of driving or boating under the influence; requires impoundment or immobilization of vessel operated by or in actual control of defendant or any one vehicle registered in defendant's name at time of impoundment or immobilization for specified period; provides for dismissal of impoundment order, etc. Amends 316.193, 327.35.
