Custody/Time-sharing with Children; authorizes court to issue appropriate order for parenting plan; authorizes parent who is not receiving child support to apply to court for support of child; authorizes court to make orders re time-sharing & parenting of children; provides for relocation of child & for relocation agreement between parents; repeals provision re court orders for rotating custody between parents if it is in best interests of child, etc. Amends Chs. 61, 741, 742.
