Education Facilities/Regulations/Green Schools; provides that specified areas of critical state concern are exempt from Land & Water Management Law, specified land development regulations, & specified local comprehensive plans; establishes Green Schools Pilot Project to enable selected school districts to comply with certain building certification standards; requires report by each participating school district, etc. Amends 1013.371; creates 1013.441. APPROPRIATION: $3,500,000.
