Notary Public/Electronic Notarization of Documents [LPCC]; authorizes electronic notarization; requires electronic signatures to include certain information; provides requirements for use of notary public seal with electronic signatures; provides that failure to comply with such requirements may result in specified sanctions against notary public; authorizes Dept. of State to adopt rules to ensure security, reliability, & uniformity of signatures & seals. Creates 117.021.
