GENERAL BILL by Saunders ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Roberson, Y

Property Insurance; prohibits certain insurers from transacting residential property insurance business under certain circumstances; prohibits private passenger automobile insurance insurers from writing such insurance under certain circumstances; deletes "use & file" provisions; eliminates distinction between homestead & nonhomestead properties for coverage under Citizens Property Insurance Corp., etc. Amends 624.404, 627.062,.351; creates 627.70185.
