Adoption & Child Protection [SPCC]; redesignates Office of Child Abuse Prevention as Office of Adoption & Child Protection; revises purpose of office; provides for Chief Child Advocate & provides duties therefor; provides for promotion of adoption & support of adoptive families in state plan of office; establishes Child Abuse Prevention & Permanency Advisory Council; provides adoption assistance program for children within child welfare system, etc. Amends Ch. 39, 409.166. APPROPRIATION: $5,673,522.
