Juvenile Records & Sentencing; revises provisions re disposition records of juveniles; revises provisions re dissemination of criminal history information; reorganizes & revises provisions re confidentiality of juvenile justice records; revises provisions re release of certain information to superintendent of child's school; provides for blended adult & juvenile sanctions for certain offenses, etc. Amends 943, 985, 1006, 1012.
