False Personation/Law Enforcement Officer [LPCC]; amends provision re unlawfully showing or displaying certain lights to provide that unlawful display of blue lights is first-degree misdemeanor; prohibits impersonation of federal law enforcement officer; provides that unlawful use of flashing or rotating blue lights is third-degree felony rather than misdemeanor; amends provision re unlawful use of police badges or other indicia of authority, etc. Amends Ch. 843, 316.2397, 921.0022.
