Classification of Property; revises provisions governing classification of land as agricultural for purpose of tax assessment; provides that construction of dwelling on part of lands used for agricultural purposes does not in itself preclude agricultural classification; revises criteria for presumption of bona fide agricultural use of land. Amends 193.461.
