Tax Tribunal; establishes tax tribunal in executive branch of government; authorizes judges to employ certain personnel; designates such employees as state employees within Selected Exempt Service; provides requirements & procedures for pleadings before tax tribunal, requirements & procedures for hearings, & requirements for decisions of tax tribunal; establishes small claims division of tax tribunal for certain purposes, etc. APPROPRIATION: $2,500,000.
