GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Appropriations ; Children, Families, and Elder Affairs ; Storms ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano ; Baker ; Joyner ; Gaetz

Adoption & Child Protection [SPCC]; redesignates Office of Child Abuse Prevention as Office of Adoption & Child Protection; provides for promotion of adoption & support of adoptive families in state plan of office; establishes Child Abuse Prevention & Permanency Advisory Council & provides for its composition; authorizes office to establish direct-support organization; requires organization to operate under contract with office, etc. Amends Ch. 39; creates 409.1661.
