GENERAL BILL by Sands
Lobbying; deletes provisions requiring Legislative Auditing Committee to conduct random audits of compensation reports filed by legislative branch & executive branch lobbying firms; revises provisions re reporting requirements for legislative lobbyists & lobbyists of executive branch & Constitution Revision Commission; removes requirement that each lobbying firm & principal maintain certain records & documents for specified period, etc. Amends Chs. 11, 112.
