CS/SB 158: Homestead Property Assessment [RPCC]

Homestead Property Assessment [RPCC]; provides that certain changes made to homestead property for purposes of disaster preparedness do not increase assessed value of property; provides for refunds of certain property taxes for residential property damaged or destroyed by tornado during specified period; provides for provisions governing assessment of homestead property damaged in certain named storms to apply to certain properties, etc. Amends 193.155,.1551.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
