Home/Community-Based Waiver Project; requires APD & AHCA to establish pilot project for certain clients who are currently served through federal waivers for Medicaid home & community-based services & family & supported living services; provides requirements for pilot project; requires APD to submit report to Governor, Legislature, & legislative committees; requires legislative approval for further expansion.
