[OPCC]; amends special act, as amended, to redesignate Lee County Sheriff's Department as Lee County Sheriff's Office; revises qualifications for membership on civil service board; revises date for electing board members; revises requirements for demotions in rank following election of new sheriff; deletes certain restrictions on employment of persons with medical discharge; revises requirements for posting of notices of employment, etc.
