SB 1706: Motor Vehicle Seizure & Forfeiture [EPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Fasano

Motor Vehicle Seizure & Forfeiture [EPCC]; provides that motor vehicle that was driven by person who is convicted of moving traffic violation & who has previously been convicted of three or more violations of DUI is subject to seizure & forfeiture if, at time of said violation, person's driver's license is suspended, revoked, or canceled as result of prior conviction of DUI; provides that percentage of net proceeds from sale of said vehicle be deposited into Crimes Comp. TF, etc. Amends FS.
