GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Video Voyeurism/Punishment [LPCC]; provides that first-time offender commits felony in third degree; provides that each subsequent violation constitutes felony in second degree; provides that person who is in position of authority over minor & who commits offense of video voyeurism in school setting commits felony of second degree. Amends 810.145.
