GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Material Harmful to Minors [LPCC]; redefines term "harmful to minors"; provides that it is third-degree felony for any person to sell, distribute, transmit, advertise, or to possess with intent to sell, distribute, transmit, or advertise certain materials to minors; provides that it is first-degree misdemeanor for any person to knowingly use minor in production of certain materials depicting certain images, etc. Amends 847.001,.011-.013, 921.0022.
