SB 1760: Custodian of Public Records [RPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Justice
Custodian of Public Records [RPCC]; authorizes custodian of public records to designate another officer or employee of agency to permit inspection & copying of public records; requires that designee be identified; requires custodians of said records & their designees to respond to requests to inspect & copy public records promptly & in good faith; conforms cross-references. Amends 119.07, 497.140, 627.311,.351.
